Hotel reservations ans accommodation in highly-urbanized cities like Metro Manila are now made easier with online reservation. Considering a cheaper hotel is a good idea, as long as it doesn't affect the quality of the room resources and the service of hotel crews. There is best hotel in Manila that is totally remarkable in the luxurious ambiance and superb service, but we can expect that the rate being offered is also expensive.

Here are some list which we should consider:

(mobilemonday.jp)
Location – in the urban areas where the hotels/motels are scattered through the area, the rates of the hotels is quite competitive. Look for hotel that is accessible by all transportation means or rather choose location where it's nearest on your destination.
(nandacamp.com)
Rates – it varies depending on the season. For example, if it's peak season, rates are lowered for competitive purposes. Promos also affects the rates. It also help reduce the expensive rates.

Amenities - It is far more important than any other. Devices, Appliances, Technologies and Resources are also included in Amenities. Hotels considered these things as a teaser or one of the reasons why a guest should patronize them.

Service – Every hotel has their own way giving service to their guest. It could be physical means. Guest are looking forward to hotels that gives extra effort to help with their guest. Service are highly-appreciated by customers.

Promos – makes the customer a hard choice on choosing hotel especially if hotels are on their peak season. Promos are some practical ways to consider in choosing the hotel.

Packages – Of course, a package deal is far better than a promotional discounts. A package which will complete your stay at hotel. It could be a bundle deal that a customer can receive or consumed during his stay.

Moreover, looking for cheapest hotel in Manila is not that difficult. We also have the classifications for hotel depending on the star they acquired based on overall performance in the international standard for hotel. So we have to categorized our budget before choosing on the hotels on the same category. For example, I'm planning to stay two-days at the hotel and my budget is limited for a two-star hotel rates. Now, it is the time to look beyond the hotels that with the two-star ratings. From that time, I can apply these techniques on choosing the hotel.

Tip: Don't expect too much quality and service if the hotel you chose is a star-rated or none. Membership Cards can be availed sometimes if a certain person visited and patronized the hotel many times. Check it out at some hotels within your area. So, I hope that this will help you.
